If you change your mind or have ordered the wrong model you can return the item but some conditions apply:
Our returns policy is 14 days form the date of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
A 5% deduction applies to ALL returns for refund to cover administration costs and unrecoverable commissions. Freight costs cannot be refunded.
Please contact us for a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER - Do not send the goods without a number.
A full refund excluding freight and the 5% deduction will be made.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with any security seals unbroken. It must also be in the original packaging.
Return freight is payable by the customer. We are not liable for any damage caused while the goods are not in our possession.
To complete your return, contact us with your order number and we will provide a 'Return Authorisation' number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The refund for items that have been opened/used is at our discretion.The item will be evaluated upon return:
- Any item that has been opened or used will be subject to a restocking fee between 10% and 30% (in addition to the standard 5% administration deduction) depending on the condition of the item and if we accept the item for return
- Any item not in its original condition, physically or cosmetically damaged or missing parts/seals/protective covers will be returned to the customer or repair/replacement item costs will be deducted from any refund.
- Consumable single-use accessories that have been opened/used cannot be refunded
NOTE: Phones/Tablets/Watches/Earbuds cannot be returned for refund once they have been used for security and hygiene reasons. Warranty applies for these products
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or any deductions that may apply.
Freight is not refundable.
Consumable items that cannot be re-used - (example - screen protectors) will have the replacement cost deducted from the refund
We cannot accept return or refund products where the pin/pattern lock/fingerprint security cannot be removed. If we cannot remove the security locks the device will be returned to the customer and the refund declined.
To return your product please email us first to get a Return Authorization number - The RA# must be marked on the outside of your package. We will notify you of the address to send the goods to.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We ship to New Zealand only.
Orders are shipped via tracked overnight courier and are generally delivered next day.
Tracking information is automatically provided via email and the customer can follow the progress of their shipment from dispatch to delivery.
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery and be sure to note any visible damage before signing for your parcel.
All items are packaged carefully and securely. Where applicable we will use additional protection on fragile items.
Noco is not liable for items that are lost/stolen/damaged after the delivery has been signed for.
All of our items ship with 'Signature Required' by default for orders over $100 - If the customer requests 'no signature required' we cannot accept liability for missing or stolen items that may be taken from your property or mailbox.
Lower value items (under $100) are shipped with no signature required unless requested. So the items can be left by the courier in the mailbox or by the door.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
