Naughty But Nice accepts goods returns for Change of Mind where the goods are:
• Not adult toys or sexual health products
• Returned within 14 days of taking delivery of the product(s)
• Returned in their original undamaged packaging along with all included accessories
• New and unused condition and suitable for resale
• Not have been damaged during the customer's possession including up to where Naughty But Nice receives the returned product
The customer bears the risk and is responsible for return postage to Naughty But Nice. We recommend customers use registered post for return shipping with insurance for any high value items.
If the returned goods do not meet the criteria set out in this policy, the products will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense
A product or good has a major failure when:
a. it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it.
b. it is significantly different from the sample or description.
c. it is substantially unfit for its common purpose and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time.
d. it doesn’t do what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed within a reasonable time; or
e. it is unsafe.
We offer one year warranty on all rechargeable products and some product lines have included extended warranty. If you think you may have a faulty product please contact us with details and we will provide information on our faulty product returns process.
A replacement product of the same will be provided, or if not possible a similar replacement item will be offered.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
