30-Day Return Policy
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order if they are unopened and in their original condition with Proof of purchase. All returns must originate from NZ addresses.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, we fully comply with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty/damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Please message us via the Order History in your Account dashboard within 7 days of receiving your order, including a clear photo and description of the issue.
Wrong Items Bought or Change of Mind
If you bought wrong items or if you no longer need the items (change of mind), please message us via the Order History in your Account dashboard to arrange return and refund/exchange. The items must be returned to us within 30 days from delivery.
Only items in original condition (unopened) with proof of purchase will be refunded or exchanged if wrong item bought or change or mind.
The buyer is responsible for the return postage and shipping charge of the exchanged items if wish to exchange.
Return Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee
No restocking fee will be charged on any returns.

Shipping Locations
We ship within New Zealand only.
Delivery times are estimate only. Delay is possible in some cases due to bad weather, courier peak season like Christmas, human errors, etc.
Shipping Origin
Auckland - All orders will be dispatched from our store in Auckland
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day from Auckland. But, the order may be dispatched within 2 business days due to special circumstances such as the courier driver getting sick or the courier van breaking down, etc. (No dispatch on weekends & public holidays)
Tracking
All shipments will be dispatched by courier with tracking number, which will be emailed to you when the order is fulfilled.
If your email address is provided, a tracking number & invoice will be emailed to you when the order is fulfilled. And you may check the "order status" after log in our website and clicking on the "order page".
