We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not accept change-of-mind returns, and will only accept returns and provide refunds upon receiving the item and having our team inspect and verify the issue and product.

Transit times for deliveries to NZ addresses are:
1-3 business days for residential deliveries.
An additional 1-2 business days is required for non-urban deliveries, after being handed off to the rural delivery contractor.
All consoles are shipped and protected with bubble wrap. We use fill within shipping boxes to make sure nothing moves around during transit. Any specifically fragile items are given extra wrapping to make sure it arrives in the same condition it left us in!
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
