LX2001 abides by the Consumer Guarantees Act for any faulty or damaged items. All items are covered by a minimum 12 month warranty (or longer where specified on the product page). If you do have a faulty item please contact us immediately and if covered under warranty will have swapped with a brand new item.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund unless your items are faulty. We are happy to exchange your items or provide a credit to the same value as your item purchased if in brand new, unopened and unused condition.
