Warranty begins from the date of the delivery completion.
Warranty service only applies to genuine iRest products purchased from our offline stores, website, and other authorized retailers. (Keep your original tax invoice, and warranty card as your best proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.)
If the massage product has a latent defect or needs to be repaired, please contact our customer service to assist you
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
