Returns Policy

If a product is not meeting its quality specifications, we can offer to replace it for another one or another product of the same value. Generally, proof of purchase is required in order to get a replacement, although we may waive this requirement if we believe we have sold the product. The cost of returning a faulty item to us is to be paid by the customer. We will cover the return delivery cost. 

All return inquiries must be submitted through the "Order History" in your Account dashboard.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us via the "Order History" in your Account dashboard and let us know what you will be returning, and be sure to include your name and the original order number.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
