Delivery

All items are dispatched from our Warehouse in 24-48 hours of receiving an Order and Delivery is made within 5-15 Business Days using a Full Tracking Service with Australia Post. 

Returns

If your product is faulty we will refund if you provide an image of the fault without having to send the product back to us. We will refund for a change of mind if packaging if not open and you send back to our warehouse in Australia and you notify us within 14 days from the date the order is received.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
