Back in 2019, we realised there was no dedicated online store on the market where Kiwis can easily purchase phone accessories like phone cases, cables, holders, chargers, etc., and the prices that most of the phone accessory stores in the shopping mall provide is not reasonable and acceptable.
Things were getting worse when the pandemic came to New Zealand. It was hilarious that one of our co-founders could not even find a suitable phone case when he purchased a new iPhone 12 Pro in 2020. He ended up buying one in a night market in Auckland. It is unacceptable that our major retailers could not stock up on accessories for the latest phone models but in the meantime, you could buy them from a stall in the night market.
Why would not start an online store to sell phone accessories when we already have the abilities and resources? That was the question we asked ourselves. Without too much thinking, we started Easy Gadgets in Auckland, NZ, and we believe that we will be the game changer, more importantly, we will bring more choices to Kiwis.

All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items without contacting us. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return item is UNUSED, in its ORIGINAL condition and packaging.
If your item arrived damaged, faulty, you are eligible to return the item for a refund or a replacement.
Claims for return of damaged items must be advised within 30 days from the time you receive your item(s). Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
All our stock is based in New Zealand.
We back all our products with a 12-month warranty, any faulty product will need to be returned to the warehouse located in Auckland.
Our warranty will cover any manufacturing defects which, if existing, will present themselves within this warranty period.
Your warranty will not cover normal wear and tear, faults caused by misuse, and accidents which cause damage or theft caused after delivery. Using the product in a way it is not designed for will void your warranty.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
