Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied or changed your mind about your purchase, you may request to return the item(s) within 14 days from the invoice date at your expense. The item must be returned with all the original accessories and packaging and be unopened. Buyer pays the cost of return 

Faulty Item 

Customers have 14 days to notify if they believe an item is faulty. Items will be inspected by Campsmart before refunds are processed. The seller reserves the right to refuse refunds where items have been damaged by customer misuse.

Warrant Claim and Returns Procedure

In the event of returns due to warranty claims, DOA or money back cases, the customer will be required to contact seller via the Order History in your Account dashboard to obtain an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) case number. Afterwards, you will be asked to send the item back in its original packaging with all contents. The return postage fee will be covered fully by the customer. 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
