Delivery:
- We use a variety of shipping companies, depending on the size and destination of your order to provide you the best price.
- We process all orders within 1-2 working days after payment has been confirmed
- We have multiple warehouses located overseas and orders can be delivered to you within 2 to 3 weeks.
Tracking:
-All orders are shipped with registered NZ Post or Australian Post tracking. Unfortunately we do NOT accept P.O. Box address for delivery
Undeliverable address & returned items:
-If an order is returned back to our warehouse for any reason such as an undeliverable address provided, Buzz Kids reserves the right to charge any additional costs to the buyer for delivering the order again.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
All items shipped from overseas directly to you may incur customs charges and taxes, including GST. The buyer is responsible to pay any applicable customs or import duties that may be charged once the parcel reaches New Zealand. Please contact our friendly customer service team with any questions about your order.
Buzzkids provide quality brands and products to suit your lifestyle that are built to last. We believe you will be fully satisfied with your product, however if you have any concerns please contact us and we’ll be happy to help resolve the problem.
Warranty Policy:
- If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty. Please check the listing carefully for the correct warranty period.
- We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead On Arrival (DOA).
- The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail within 48hrs of having received their item. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
- Buyer has the responsibility to cover the expense of sending back the faulty item.
- The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer.
- We will repair the item where possible or send a replacement. Refunds will only be offered where a replacement is not available.
- All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond the original buyer.
- All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
- Delivery docket, buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.

Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Bonus accessory items(such as accessories comes with package for free)
- Incorrect assembly, misuse, abuse or use of a product for which it was not designed
- Damage from neglect or careless storage.
- Unauthorised repairs
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
