We accept faulty returns in accordance with manufacturer warranty terms.
If you find the product is faulty, please get in contact with us. We will provide a Return Authorization number and instructions on where to return. Item will be checked and fault verified before a remedy is provided. If fault is verified, we will refund the item and reimburse you for the cost of return shipping, if a receipt is provided. If the item is not faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of receiving your returned goods back to your nominated address.
We will only ship to New Zealand addresses and we can’t ship to PO boxes.
