Our order fulfilment services ensure your order is processed quickly and efficiently, with orders typically being processed the next working day. Customers in Auckland can expect their items delivered within 2-3 working days, North Island customers within 3-4 working days, and those in the South Island within 5-6 working days.
All our products come with 1 year warranty.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, that the courier label to be returned back to the store address is to be arranged by the purchaser and the refund is for the full purchase price of the product not including any delivery costs as the courier fee is non-refundable. There may also be a 10% restocking fee incurred upon evaluation of the product and situation of the purchaser.
