If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and manuals.
- The item must be in new condition and suitable for resale.
- You must provide proof of purchase.
- Please note, you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item, including shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service for valuable items to ensure safe delivery.
If an item is faulty or damaged, we will comply with all obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act and consumer legislation. Please contact us promptly so we can assist you.

Returns must be received within 14 days of delivery. If we receive items that don’t meet the return criteria, we will send them back to you at your cost unless we agree on another arrangement.
The following items cannot be returned for Change of Mind but may be accepted at our discretion:
- Large or bulky appliances and furniture
- Cosmetics, beauty, and personal care products where hygiene seals are broken
- Perishable goods and food items
- Some pantry products and jewelry
- Adult toys and sexual health products
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized or made-to-order goods
Please note that opened or used car seats, strollers, and other personal safety items cannot be returned or resold for safety reasons.
- We ship throughout New Zealand, primarily using NZ Post. Occasionally, for heavier or special items, we use other reputable New Zealand courier companies.
- Estimated delivery times during business days are generally:
- Wellington: Usually next day
- Rest of the North Island: 2-3 business days
- South Island: 4-5 business days
- Rural delivery may take longer
- Delivery times can be affected by public holidays, pre-orders, and exceptional circumstances.
- Once your order ships, we’ll provide you with a tracking number.
- Our warranty covers a reasonable period based on the product type.
- If your product experiences a minor issue during warranty, we will repair, replace, or refund it in line with consumer laws.
- For major issues, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.
- Some products may come with additional warranties provided by the supplier or manufacturer. These are in addition to your rights under consumer law. Please refer to the product packaging or documentation for details, or contact us if you need more information.
- Please contact us promptly with any product issues. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
