Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us via the Order History in your Account dashboard within 7 days of receiving the item, providing proof (photos or videos). The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of product delivery to initiate a return.
Condition of the Item: To process a return, the item must be in its original condition—sealed, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included accessories. Items must be returned with their original sealed packaging or boxes, with seals intact. Products returned without proper sealed packaging or with damaged or broken seals will not be eligible for return under our change of mind policy.
Return Responsibility: The customer is responsible for both the risk of returning the item until we receive it and the cost of the return, including postage.
Exceptions: If the returned goods do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to decline the return or apply a restocking fee of 20%, with a minimum charge of AU $20.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all products. For most orders, we use Australia Post (Parcel or Express service). Typically, your order will arrive within 6-12 business days from the date of purchase.
RF Replacement: In certain circumstances, as part of the warranty process, we may send a replacement item (RF replacement) to the customer.
