AVILIA Designs has a 60 day warranty period for all jewellery, which commences from the date of delivery. We cover any faults or damages relating to manufacturing flaws for a maximum of 60 days.
In the event of returns due to warranty claims, buyers are asked to contact us with a description and photo of the issue. Once this has been reviewed, a return or replacement will be offered. You may be asked to send the item back for quality control checks/product improvement.
Damage not caused by manufacturing fault, or due to neglect/use outside our care recommendations may be declined.
Once the item has been received and inspected, a refund or replacement item (if applicable) will be arranged within 2 business days.
