1. The weld bevel and the wire surface must be carefully cleaned before welding.
2. Preheating to 400-500℃ before welding. Copper gas welding solvent must be used as a solvent during welding.
3. The welding flame should adopt neutral flame or slight oxidation flame, appropriately reducing the temperature during welding, increasing the welding speed, minimizing the residence time of the molten pool at high temperature, and then can reduce the evaporation and oxidation of zinc.
