Ensure your SCANPAN Classic Inox Stainless Steel Steamer stays in top condition with proper care:

• Before first use, wash the steamer in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth/brush.
• Do not use harsh scourers.
• After cooking, wait until the steamer has cooled, then remove all food and fat residue using hot soapy water and a nylon cloth/brush.
• Prevent heat tint or streak marks by avoiding excessive high heat. To remove streak marks, create a paste by mixing 2 tablespoons of bicarbonate soda with water and apply it with a soft cloth in a circular motion. Rinse off as normal.
• While the range is dishwasher safe, handwashing is recommended to extend the product’s life. For optimal results, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner for a “like new” finish.
