Common operational errors leading to inability to connect:

Plug in our device to the car infotainment system, wait for 1-2 minutes, then press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds, release it, and press and hold for 1 second to switch to Android auto mode for connection
2The light does not turn on after being plugged in
Scenario 1: Insufficient power supply. Follow the instructions as shown in the diagram
Scenario 2: Poor interface contact, confirm if the interface is loose
Scenario 3: Plug in the phone charger to check if it lights up. If it doesn’t light up, the product is damaged
