MGO 950+ means this honey has been tested and certified to contain minimum 950mg/kg of methylglyoxal (MGO).

MGO is a naturally occurring compound in Ma?nuka honey that is a scientifically proven measure of its unique potency.

Monofloral means this is pure Ma?nuka honey made wholly or mostly from Ma?nuka nectar.

Suggested Use

Take a teaspoon full of honey, 30 minutes before a meal, 3 times daily. You can also mix the honey with warm water and drink it as a beverage.
