Dosage:

Adults:
2-5mL three times daily

Directions for use:

Shake bottle well before use. Can be diluted with water, fruit juice or other fluids if necessary and consumed immediately.

Duration of use:

Ideally used in treatment courses of 6-8 weeks with significant breaks between active treatments. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare practitioner.

Ingredients:

Each 5mL contains liquid extracts:

• St. John’s Wort herb top flowering, Hypericum perforatum 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg
• Lemon Balm leaf, Melissa officinalis 750 micro liters, equiv. dry 750mg
• Passion Flower leaf, Passiflora incarnate 625 micro litres, equiv. dry 625mg

Also contains water, ethanol, glycerol and peppermint essential oil.

Interactions: St John’s Wort may affect the way some prescription medicines work. Possible interactions with anti-anxiety medications, seizure medications, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants and/or opiates, anticancer medications, blood thinners, antidepressant medications (e.g. selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors (SSRI)), anti-HIV agents, cardiovascular medications, immunosuppressants, and/or contraceptive medications. Talk to a healthcare practitioner before starting therapy if the patient is taking medications for the stated conditions.

Cautions: Safety during pregnancy and breast feeding has not been evaluated.
