Black Steel Barn Door Hardware I – Shaped Rollers Track Rail Bypass Sliding Barn Door Hardware Kit

This kit is designed for single and double doors, offering a robust solution for your interior barn door installation needs. Please note that the kit includes hardware only, and does not include door panels.

Specifications:

Material: High – quality raw steel castings with a track thickness of 6mm. Maximum carrying capacity: 330 pounds.

Suitable door panel thickness: 4 – 4.5 cm. Maximum door weight: 220 pounds.

Installation Requirements:

Distance from the top of the hardware to the ceiling: 16 cm.

Baseboard thickness: 2 cm.

Recommended door thickness: 4 – 4.5 cm.

Track Length Calculation:

For Single Doors: Track length = width x 2 + 10 cm.

For Double Doors: Track length = width x 4 + 20 cm.

Opening width calculation: Track length = door opening width x 2 + 20 cm.

Note: This hardware kit is designed for interior use only and does not include door panels. The track and wall connectors are pre – fixed and not adjustable.

Please prepare installation tools such as an impact drill, spirit level, tape measure, socket wrench, hammer, pencil, and screwdriver before starting installation.
