Specifications

• Material: Super – quality raw steel castings
• Track Thickness: 6mm, providing a strong carrying capacity
• Maximum Load: 330 pounds
• Suitable Door Panel Thickness: 4 – 4.5cm
• Baseboard Thickness: 2cm

Installation Requirements

The following conditions must be met for proper installation:

• The distance from the top of the track to the ceiling should be at least 16cm.
• The door should be prepared with a bottom opening size of 20mm x 7mm.

Orbit Calculation Method

For determining the appropriate track length:

• For single doors: Track length = Door width x 2 + 10 cm
• Track length = Door opening x 2 + 20 cm
• For double doors: Track length = Door width x 4 + 20 cm
• Track length = Door opening width x 2 + 20 cm

Important Notes

This hardware kit includes only the necessary components for installation. Door panels are not included. The track and wall connectors are pre – fixed on the track, and their positions are not adjustable. This hardware kit is designed for interior use only.
