"I find it's always hard to buy something unless someone else has can recommend it. Well I bought this in Sep 2021 and mounted it the same day it arrived. Very solid unit and very well constructed. We haven't had it long but I doubt it will give us any issues. The suction to the windshield is super strong and it hold my phone very solidly, with no rocking. Comes with an alternative dash mounding (stick on) facility but have not tried this. Looks like it would work just as well but I prefer the glass mounting option. Check your phone size though - just to be sure. It fits mine but if you have a wider phone, it might not extend to the width that you want. Instructions were super easy to understand and very clearly laid out. Personally I've purchased a vent mounted unit in the past, but I've found this Belkin far superior to my previous purchase as it doesn't rock around as much. (eg vent mounted ones can move with the vent!!)."

"A great car mount. Being able to lock it in place on the windscreen makes it so much more stable, especially driving on Northland roads where they are incredibly bumpy. Having a hole in the back on the mount so that you can thread your charge cable through is a welcome bonus. For the price it's a decent mount."
