Functions:

1 If the computer does not recognize the external device, you need to install a CD/DVD driver.

2Make sure the laptop has ugh power , insufficient ty may cause the device not to be recognized.

3 The newly released Windows system has stopped using the internal DVD media player software, and it is recommended to customers using Windows 10 and later versions that install VLC media player to play DVDs and CDs.

4 Some external devices require ugh power to function properly, so make sure your laptop is connected to a power cable or use a powered USB hub on your laptop.
