The TechnIQ 30cm Wok – Commercial grade non-stick – perfect food release. The extra long handle is well balanced for ease of moving the pan around while cooking. Ideal for cooktop to oven – oven safe to 260 degrees C. Stratanium+ nonstick surface provides exceptional searing results with little or no oil.

• Before First Use
• Wash in hot soapy water with a nylon brush/cloth. Do not use harsh scourers.
• Whilst dishwasher safe, SCANPAN will always recommend hand washing to extend the life of the product.
• Do NOT use excessive high heat.
