Instructions for Use:

1. Put it to cup of warm water (75 degree) till soft for about 60 seconds.
2. Once it is soft, insert it to your upper teeth in mouth.
3. To memorize your mold of teeth and then put it into cold water for cooling down
4. If it is not fit to your mouth after first molding, you can fix it again from step 1.
