1: How do I upload videos and images?
Please use the Type-C port to connect the monitor to a computer (Windows or Mac). After the monitor is displayed on the computer, please convert the video to the correct format (16:9 horizontal, 9:16 vecal) into a VIDEO file and the images into PIC files.
If your order is for a horizontal (16:9) format, please guarantee that both the images and videos are displayed in landscape mode before uploading to our monitor. If not, please convert the original images and videos to landscape mode first.
2: How long is the video?
Our screens have built-in speakers and 8GB of internal memory for video storage. Therefore, uploaded videos should be no larger than 800MB. Once fully charged, videos will play in a loop for 2-3 hours.
