21st Century® Prenatal DHA softgels are a non-fish source of Omega-3 fatty acids that help support mother and baby during pregnancy and breast feeding. PreNatal DHA softgels can be taken in combination with the prenatal multivitamin.
As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet and one (1) softgel daily with a meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
