The SCHMETZ Embroidery Gold needle has a Titanium Nitride coating. This special coating resists adhesives and improves needle wear. The slightly rounded point and enlarged eye are beneficial to embroidery on most fabrics and specialty threads. Performs effortlessly on coarse and densely woven fabrics.

Needle point feature: light ball point, larger eye. Titanium nitrite coated for extra toughness and reduces heat generated by the high speed embroidery machine.

Ideal use: rayon, polyester and other specialty embroidery threads. The special scarf, widened groove and enlarged eye protect fragile threads and guard against excess friction allowing trouble-free embroidery and decorative stitching.

A light ball point needle with a wide eye and groove in relation to the Universal Needle. This allows for the needle to accommodate voluminous and woollen threads.
