How To Use

1. Ensure you are relaxed and seated comfortably.

2. Wrap the arm cuff snugly around your upper arm, 1 – 2 cm above the elbow.

3. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.

4. The cuff will inflate and deflate automatically as the measurement is taken.

5. Your blood pressure and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.
