How To Use
Preheat oven to 160°C.
In a separate bowl, combine 3 eggs (or egg replacer), 1/3 cup of oil, 1/2 cup of milk of your choice, and 1 cup of mashed banana. Mix well.
Add the Caribbean Cake Mix to the wet ingredients and combine thoroughly.
Pour the batter into a lined loaf tin.
Bake for 40 – 50 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
