How To Use

1. Avoid eating, smoking, or any form of exertion immediately before measurement. Sit down in a quiet place for at least 5 minutes and relax.

2. Place the cuff on your left upper arm. The cuff should be snug but not too tight, and the artery mark on the cuff should lie over the brachial artery.

3. Ensure the cuff is positioned at the same height as your heart.

4. Press the ON/OFF button to start the measurement. The cuff will inflate and then deflate automatically.

5. The result, including systolic and diastolic blood pressure and pulse rate, will be displayed on the screen. Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.

6. After the measurement, remove the cuff and record your reading.
