How To Use

1. Add 50g (1/2 cup) of pancake mix to a bowl or shaker.

2. Add 60mL of your favourite milk and mix with a whisk or shake until you have a smooth batter.

3. Let the batter sit for 1 – 2 minutes to thicken.

4. Heat a non – stick pan over medium – high heat.

5. Pour batter into the pan to form 2 – 3 pancakes.

6. Cook for 60 – 90 seconds or until bubbles appear, then flip and cook for a further 60 seconds until golden brown.

7. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
