How To Use

• For pre – exercise hydration: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water. Drink one dose 30 minutes before exercise.

• For exercise less than 1 hour: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water.

• For general rehydration: Mix 1 level scoop (6.1 g) with 200 mL of water.
