Roof Tile Sealer is a 100% acrylic penetrating sealer for unpainted, porous, friable surfaces such as concrete roof tiles and cement plaster.

Designed to increases bonding for other Roofrite topcoat paint.

• Excellent penetration and adhesion to concrete and cement surfaces
• Strengthens and seals friable cement surface
• Improves adhesion for topcoats
• Do not apply when ambient temperature is below 8C. or surface temperature above 40C
• Do not apply to saturated concrete surfaces
