Returns

We accept returns. Please contact our customer service team immediately if:

• You have changed your mind and wish to request a return

• Your product was damaged during transit

• You wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased

• You are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased

Please note that you must comply with all return instructions provided to you via your registered email address. All returns must be directed through Customer Service. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us - if you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable, and your returns may not be accepted.

Delivery/Shipping Information

  • All items are dispatched from our warehouse located in Perth, Australia unless otherwise listed.
  • Delivery time can take anywhere between 2-10 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Remote and regional areas will require a longer delivery time of up to 14 days.
  • Tracking numbers are available and provided via email when your order has been dispatched. Please use your tracking number to track the status of your delivery.
  • Combined postage is not available
  • Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.
  • We currently only dispatch to addresses within Australia unless otherwise listed. We do not ship to Islands or remote areas without a separate freight quote.
  • We aim to dispatch all products within one working day of your full payment being made.
  • Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.

Perth metro – 2 days

WA regional – 4 days

All other Metro Australia 5 – 7 working days All other regional Australia 10 – 14 working days 

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
