DELIVERY

Item/s will be dispatched from Coopers Plains, Brisbane, QLD, within the estimated dispatch time specified on the product page.

For item/s which include free shipping, postage is only FREE for the first delivery. If there is any delivery failure or not caused by TechAcc, postage and handling fee is required to pay to TechAcc to resend your item back.

RETURN&WARRANTY

Non-faulty items

   TechAcc will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within seven(7) days of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handing costs incurred by TechAcc when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and 'free shipping' was specified.

TechAcc will not be liable for:

  • any costs incurred by you in returning the item to TechAcc for exchange; and/or the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item has a greater value. You must pay the difference between the value of the original you purchased and your chosen alternative item; and/or
  • any costs of shipping an alternative item to you following exchange. 
  • The alternative item you following exchange. The alternative item will only be resent to you after shipping costs are received in full by TechAcc as cleared funds.
  •  Please note that TechAcc will not provide a refund or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.
  • If an item is defective as a  manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
  • If an item is assessed that is not faulty, postage and handling fee is required to pay to TechAcc to resend your item back.
  • If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
  • We  will fully refund the purchase price, or We will provide a replacement.

Faulty item

  • If an item is defective as a  manufacturers fault or defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assessment.
  • If an item is assessed that is not faulty, postage and handling fee is required to pay to TechAcc to resend your item back.
  • If an item is identified as a manufacturer faulty item after assessment, there are two options for the buyer:
    • We will fully refund the purchase price, or we will provide a replacement.

Item not what you ordered

In the unlikely event that TechAcc sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item through here, so that we can rectify this for you.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
