Returns and Exchanges
Please contact us for any enquiries regarding product delivery of faulty or damaged goods.
Return of faulty or damaged goods for the purpose of gaining a refund is subject to evaluation depending on the condition of the goods. For example, footwear items may not be refunded if they have been worn, or if sewing tags have been removed. In order to credit you for your faulty items, we expect the purchased items to be returned in brand new condition.
This includes the return of the original packaging and labels and tags still being attached to the items. Once the product has been returned and accepted, we will process a refund through Kogan.com and send you a further confirmation email.
If you wish to exchange your purchase, you may do so provided the goods are in their original condition, in the original packaging and proof of purchase is provided no later than 14 days from the original purchase date.
Returned shipping costs will be charged at the customer’s expense, however we will assist by paying for the shipping costs for the exchanged item. If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different size or style, please note products are subject to availability.
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or wrong size selection.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
