We offer returns with the option of a refund or exchange as long as the item(s) has been returned: 

Within 30 days of purchase; Unused with the original tags still attached; and In the original packaging and in the original condition. 

Contact Kogan Customer Service for all return enquiries. If you love your frames but they don’t fit perfectly, you may need a little adjustment. The best option is to go to any optometrist or eyewear store where they can adjust them for you on the spot and they usually do not charge for this. This is the preferred option as you can try them on the spot and further adjust if required. Note: Any damage caused by an adjustment will void the returns policy.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
