We want you to be happy with your order and accept 60 day returns returns on all items (excluding earrings or any sets containing earrings due to health and hygiene regulations). Please contact our customer service team immediately if: - your product was damaged during transit - you wish to make a warranty claim for any product you have purchased - you are not satisfied with any product that you have purchased. Please note that you must comply with the returns instructions provided to you from our team which will be sent to your registered email address. All returns must be directed through our Customer Service team. Please do not return or post items before obtaining instructions from us first. If you do, there is a risk that your returned item may not be identifiable and accepted. Applicable freight fees and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from your refund in cases where you changed your mind about your purchase and wish to return the product. This also applies to orders cancelled when the item has already been dispatched from our warehouse or orders that are unclaimed or unable to be delivered and returned to sender (RTS). We accept Change of Mind returns for 14 days after you have received the item.  If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a RTS (return to sender) fee and, if you choose to have it resent to an alternate/valid address, a reshipping fee. We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the buyer. Special Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the items for sale. While all photography is taken of the actual physical pieces, please keep in mind that product colours may vary from the images shown due to photographic lighting and/or your monitor / screen settings. Therefore, the colours of the pieces as seen on your monitor / screen, may vary from the actual physical unit you receive. We therefore cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. As many of our items are unique and produced in only small quantities, they may vary slightly in colour and style as they are handmade to ensure their individuality and not mass produced


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
