At Books Marketplace we understand booklovers and know that, sometimes, you might need to return your purchase. Our returns policies are listed below. Please retain your proof of purchase. Simply follow the instructions below and we will do the rest.If you have any concerns about the item you have received then please ensure you contact customer service first through your Kogan account. You will receive an answer back within 1 business day.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Books Marketplace provides a 30-day money back guarantee for Damaged or Faulty items. We guarantee that the goods you receive from us will be of acceptable quality, fit for the purpose for which they are sold, match the description and sample of those goods on our website.Where an item has arrived damaged, mis-bound, or faulty, or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact customer service team through your Kogan account. Books Marketplace does not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
If you need to make a return Books Marketplace will provide a Return Authorisation for items delivered to Australian addresses only so that you may return the item with no cost to you. Books Marketplace will not reimburse the cost of returns that are sent without a prearranged Return Authorisation or where the address is outside of Australia. Returns must be received within 30 days of the Return Authorisation being sent to you.
A refund, via the method used for payment of the order, will be provided by Books Marketplace where the returned item is in re-saleable condition (except damaged or faulty items). Books Marketplace is not obligated to offer a refund for parcels that do not arrive within the 30 day period or are otherwise not in re-saleable condition. We will contact you if any items are not eligible for a refund.
