FREIGHT AND SHIPPING

Dispatch Details:

We dispatch within 1-3 working days of your cleared payment being received, as per the postage details in the description. From our experience generally items arrive 2-5 working days for delivery to a capital city in any State, 4-7 working days for delivery to most large regional towns (These delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary.) During peak periods ( Easter, Christmas, Victorian public holidays ), the delivery may take longer. We cannot advise or specify a delivery date to time as this is not part of our contract arrangements with the carriers.

Deliveries generally must be signed for, and anyone at the delivery address who receives the products shall be presumed by 123t Australia to be authorised to receive the products. If you wish for your consignment to be left without a signature, please request this prior to dispatch via the Help Desk. Ordinarily our courier will not leave an item without a signature unless it has been authorised beforehand by us. In doing so, you release 123t Australia from any liability for delivery to the wrong address and relinquish your INR (item not received) rights.

Tracking your purchase:

All items are sent with tracking numbers. Unless indicated in the listing.

When dispatch is arranged through Toll a tracking number is generated. We email you this tracking (consignment) number when it is generated at the time the goods are dispatched. If you wish to track your parcel thereafter, please visit https://www.tollgroup.com/toll-tracking and input your tracking number NOTE: The tracking number can take up to 24 hours to upload on to the Toll website . If we dispatch your order using one of our courier companies you will receive a dispatch email advising you of the consignment number and link so that you can track and trace your order until it arrives at your address. If you parcel is also shipped via an Australia Post on a tracked service, then this can also be tracked by visiting http://auspost.com.au/track  

Shipping Costs:

All of items in our store are freight free, but please refer to the checkout regarding the shipping costs.

Correct Address:

In an effort to maintain security of a delivery and to get your order underway as soon as possible make sure in your Kogan order that you have a CURRENT CONTACT PHONE NUMBER and that your DELIVERY ADDRESS DETAILS and your EMAIL ADDRESS DETAILS ARE CORRECT.

Shipping insurance:

123t Australia provides free shipping insurance on all consignments within Australia regardless of the size or carrier.  If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us through the Kogan Help Desk so we can resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible

International Postage:

At this time we are only able to ship items within Australia.

Non-delivery:

Due to circumstances beyond our control and or despite our best efforts, sometimes items are not delivered as and when intended for a host of reasons, including...

Nobody home - Where our courier is unable to obtain a signature and in the absence of authorisation to leave the item without a signature, the item will be returned to the courier's local depot or post office.  You are invited to contact the depot via the phone number on the calling card to arrange redelivery or call into your local post office with your tracking number and I.D Returns - After unsuccessful attempts to deliver a consignment, the courier or post office may return the item to us whereupon we will contact you for further instructions. The consignment will only be re-dispatched upon receipt of the appropriate second shipping charge.  In the event that the re-delivery charge remains unpaid for more than 30 days, your order will be deemed abandoned and may be offered for resale or otherwise disposed of without further notice. In this event, you release 123t Australia from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase.

Abandoned goods:

If for any reason we are unable to dispatch items for which payment has been received for more than 30 days, the items will be deemed abandoned and we reserve the right to offer them for resale.  In this event, you agree that 123t Australia is released from any liability whatsoever in respect of your purchase. Reasons whereby items will be deemed abandoned may include...

·         Where a street address has not been nominated during the checkout process and you have not informed us of a delivery address or change of address

·         Where legitimate redelivery charges have not been paid by the purchaser despite our email request.

·         Where an item returned to us under warranty claim is found to have been damaged by human causes and legitimate redelivery charges have not been received for more than 30 days despite at least two email requests.

RETURNS

Refund and Exchanges:

If an item is considered by the buyer to be faulty by manufacture we suggest first troubleshooting the fault with us in case it is not the item itself but other factors such as installation , or other components not supplied in the purchase but directly related, from there warranty will be honoured as per the manufacturer’s warranty policy , this will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer ( see the manufacturers Australian website for their warranty policy ) , alternatively if inside 30 days of purchase the item can be returned to 123t Australia and once the fault is confirmed will be refunded or replaced ( whichever the buyer prefers ) after 30 days the item can still be sent back to 123t Australia and will be supported by the manufacturers Australian warranty policy only.  If the item is wrong sent or not as described a prepaid return label will be sent and , if possible , the item either correctly replaced or refunded 100% , whichever the buyer prefers . If the return is for change of mind we will accept the item back as long as the package has not been opened , the only cost you will incur ( aside from the return shipping you will also need to pay to send it back ) is the handling and secured shipping we paid to send it to you if free shipping was included at time of purchase , this cost will depend on the size and weight of the item and the location it was sent to , to which we can advise you by sending us a message through contact seller.


Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
