Shop with Points - Frequently Asked Questions
Shop with Points allows customers with an eligible reward card to use available Rewards Points for eligible purchases at Kogan.com.
You must have an eligible card enrolled in a participating Rewards Program. Participating Rewards programs are Citi Rewards, Card Services Rewards Program, Suncorp Credit Card Rewards Program and BOQ Q Rewards®.
Customers who are additional card holders or enrolled in the Qantas Rewards Program and Emirates Skywards Miles Program will not be eligible for Kogan Shop with Points.
You can link by visiting kogan.com/account/dashboard/cardpoints/ and selecting your card type, entering your your card details and your mobile number registered to your card account. You will receive an SMS with a one time pin to enter to verify your enrolment.
Redeeming points to make a purchase is easy, simply select the product of your choice and in the checkout, you will be presented with an option to redeem points under the payment options section. From here you can choose to pay for all or part of your purchase with points.
Customers may select to pay a purchase in full or in part with points. Any outstanding purchase balance will be charged to your nominated payment option. For any points + pay redemptions chargeback rights remain for the cash portion of your transaction (if applicable) and no chargeback rights apply for points redemptions.
6. Will I be notified if my Card is enrolled to a Kogan.com account and if a transaction has been made at Kogan.com using my reward Points?
Yes. You will receive an SMS confirmation, sent to the registered mobile on your card account, notifying you each time your card is successfully enrolled and activated. You will also receive SMS notifications when you make a purchase and shop with points at Kogan.com.
To see if your eligible reward card is linked to your Kogan.com account, visit kogan.com/account/dashboard/cardpoints/
In order to de-link your card from your Kogan.com account, you will need to go to the Shop with Points page in Your Kogan.com Account. Click "Unlink" to de-register your card.
There is no fee to use Shop with Points at Kogan.com.
10. Can I return merchandise or cancel my order that I purchased on Kogan.com with my rewards Points?
Shop with Points redemptions cannot be cancelled or reversed. Once your points are transferred, the Points may not be transferred back, purchases made on Kogan.com are subject to Kogan.com return policy, which can be found at www.kogan.com/au/tcs-landing
Yes. Redemptions are made in real time and reward Points balances adjusted accordingly.
You can view any historical redemptions for Shop with points in your card reward portal under 'My Order History'.
Once you have registered for Shop with Points at Kogan.com, a tile with your available points balance will be displayed on eligible products.
A minimum requirement may apply and will be disclosed at time of purchase.
