Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Conditions of Use for Kogan.com Gift Cards.
Kogan.com Gift Cards are supplied by Kogan Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 53 152 570 351).
Kogan.com Gift Cards are only redeemable for goods and services at Kogan.com, and are not redeemable for goods and services at any other Kogan branded websites (eg. Koganmobile.com.au) or any other Kogan branded subdomain (eg. Hotels.kogan.com).
Kogan.com Gift Cards entitle the holder to goods/services equal to the value stated on the card.
Should Kogan suspect any fraud relating to a Kogan.com Gift Card, Kogan.com may refuse to redeem the Card until it is satisfied that no fraud has occurred.
Balance of Kogan.com Gift Cards expire 36 months from the date the card is activated at the register except for gift cards purchased on or before the 1st of November 2019, which have an expiry date of 12 months. No refund or credit will be given for any unused balance.
Kogan.com Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
The dollar value denoted on each Kogan.com Gift Card is denominated in Australian Dollars and includes GST.
Where the cost of a purchase exceeds the available balance drawn from the Kogan.com Gift Card the cardholder will be required to pay the difference.
You must open a user account with Kogan.com (for free) in order to spend (redeem) the balance of this Gift Card.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Kogan.com Gift Card, so treat it like cash. You are liable for all transactions using your Kogan.com Gift Card and all transactions using credit obtained from your Kogan.com Gift Card, including any unauthorized use, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by Kogan.com. Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded. The holder of the Gift Card will be taken to be the owner of the Gift Card.
Kogan.com reserves the right to change these conditions at any time and will provide at least 14 days notice. Kogan will give notice by posting the changes on Kogan.com. If you contact Kogan.com within the notice period and do not accept the changes, Kogan.com can cancel the Gift Card and refund you any value remaining on the Card.
