This Kasumi 600/1000 Ceramic Whetstone is a sharpening stone used to provide your knife’s blade with a medium finish. Simply pour a glass of water onto the whetstone then you can immediately start sharpening. The whetstones are continuously used by professional chefs as they compliment the high quality V-Gold No. 10 (VG-10) stainless steel blades of Kasumi knives allowing them to hold their edge for longer for razor sharpness.
