Kogan Mobile’s award-winning service is becoming even better, with all of its new and existing customers set to receive 4G network access by June, with no increase in price.
Kogan Mobile’s move to 4G will help make mobile connectivity at 4G speeds more accessible and affordable.
All of Kogan Mobile’s prepaid options — 1XL, 3XL and 5XL — will be transitioned to 4G at no extra cost by June, and will be available for all existing and future customers.
“Kogan Mobile has become so popular because of its great value,” said David Shafer, Executive Director of Kogan.com.
“But, we know Aussies want fast mobile speeds. Enabling 4G is part of our plan to continuously improve the value consumers receive from Kogan Mobile.
“No matter how you use your phone, Kogan Mobile has a deal for everyone — and now our low prices come with access to blistering fast 4G data speeds.
“Vodafone has invested billions into their network in recent years, and being able to bring its fast 4G speeds to Kogan Mobile customers will make our prepaid options even more attractive. 4G coverage is available in all major metro locations and selected regional areas across Australia.
“We’re just getting started — stay tuned for even more exciting news to come from Kogan Mobile soon!”
In February, Kogan Mobile unveiled the Kogan Mobile 1XL plan. It offers unlimited standard national talk and text and 1GB of data per 30 days for use within Australia. When purchased on a 365 day plan it costs $179.95, which works out to be less than 50 cents a day – this makes it one of the lowest priced plans in Australia with those inclusions.
