Aussie online retailer Kogan.com, has been voted one of Australia’s favourite brands in a new survey of customer satisfaction by Canstar Blue.
Kogan brand steam mops were voted the best overall, receiving 5 out of 5 stars across most categories, including reliability, value for money, ease of use, and overall satisfaction. Kogan also won the Most Satisfied Customers award.
Kogan’s portable air conditioner range was also recognised as the best value for money.
Kogan was the only brand to receive 5 stars for value for money, and did so across both categories.
The Canstar Blue awards that have been given to Kogan are voted for by the public. The Aussie brand Kogan beat the likes of Karcher, ALDI, Hoover, and De’Longhi.
“For brands to perform well in our customer reviews, they need to strike a good balance between product quality and a reasonable price, which is exactly what Kogan has been able to do” said Canstar Blue Editor, Simon Downes.
“Australians are savvy consumers and know if they’re getting a good deal or not. Price is not everything, but the feeling of getting good value for money from your purchases is hugely important to us all. Kogan has consistently rated highly with consumers in terms of value for money.”
The Canstar Blue awards come after Kogan.com was voted Australia's favourite online shopping destination in 2017. Kogan.com was awarded the People's Choice Award at the StarTrack Online Retail Industry Awards (ORIAS). The coveted People's Choice Award is also voted for by the Australian public.

Kogan.com recently announced its active customer base had grown to more than one million Active Customers.
