"I have nothing really bad to say about Kogan’s service – the coverage is good, the speed is good enough...I’ve had no problems with the service...If you need good decent coverage at a rock bottom price, Kogan currently beats out all others...Final word? Go and get it, it’s worth every cent for a pre-paid plan."

Tiny tablets to cure what ails you
"With a screen resolution of 1024x768 and weighing 380g, this wi-fi-only tablet is the sort of thing that could make a good first tablet computer. It runs off a dual-core 1.6GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB of storage and a Micro SD slot that can give you an extra 32GB. It has a Mini HDMI port, so you can link this up to a TV, and a Micro USB port. Kogan Agora Mini 8 Android Tablet Review
"Previous tablet entries have proven the adage “you get what you pay for”, but the Agora Mini 8 starts to break the mould…Straight out of the gate the faster processor and extra RAM make this a far more interesting device than its predecessors... it’s most definitely better than any tablet display I’ve used in its price range…Thanks to being an IPS panel, viewing angles are good, and the display doesn’t invert colours when looked at from even wide angles…During several weeks with the Agora Mini 8, I haven’t experienced any more jerky screens or crashes than any other Android device I’ve tested."

In the last 6-months, we've given positive reviews to the company's 10-inch Agora tablet and 5-inch Agora smartphone, both of which offer cheap, simple alternatives to similarly sized products from the likes of Samsung and Sony." "It's hard to see the Kogan 8-inch tablet as anything other than an amazing bargain. It may not have the trimmings of the tablets from the bigger brands, the stylus pens or Retina displays, but it does offer the basics for a very reasonable price, and more than enough power to let the user build on this with their favourite apps."

Kogan's $149 Agora Android smartphone review
For a $149 smartphone the Kogan Agora really performs above its class...Navigating the device is pretty zippy and it’s fast to scroll between screens and in and out of apps. In terms of value there isn't a smartphone on the market that can compare pound for pound to the Kogan Agora. With the popularity of the value of mobile SIM only plans, including Kogan’s very own pre-paid plans, that require users to bring their own smartphone to the table, the Agora only adds to the overall value proposition. The addition of being able to run two SIM cards on the device is just an added bonus to the cheap but impressive device.

Kogan Mobile Review: Surprisingly Not Terrible [Updated]
You can’t go past those prices. Sweet mother of telco, those prices are low. $29 a month for unlimited calls, unlimited SMS and MMS and 6GB of data? I don’t know about you, but compared to my $80 per month for $550 of calls and texts and 2GB of data on Telstra, Kogan Mobile sounds pretty goddamn amazing. Everyone’s needs will be different for their mobile phones, but compared to premium, on-contract prices from the big three carriers, Kogan Mobile is a winner.

Kogan 19" LED TV review
The TV scored 8/10 and here's the final verdict: The Kogan KULED19XXXYA still has enough going for it overall to fall comfortably within the ‘how do they manage to sell it so cheaply’ TV category. And that’s a category we know many of our readers are only too happy to plunder when looking at a second- or even third-room TV. If you're after a small TV for such purposes but have precious little money to spare, it's difficult to see how you could do any better than this Kogan.

Kogan Agora Smartphone Review: The Best Bang For Buck In Android
I have a confession: I really didn’t want to like the Kogan Agora smartphone. As soon as I was handed the device and told the price, I immediately relegated it to the cheap and nasty corner. ‘Nothing good can come out of a $150 device,’ I thought to myself at the time. Well readers, I’m here to tell you that I was wrong. The best thing about the Agora is the value proposition. For $149, you get a hell of a lot. When comparing the Agora to the rest of the phones that play around that price, it leaves its competition for dead. On top of the awesome value, the Agora is packing two SIM slots, making it a rare beast in the Australian telco landscape... The 2000mAh battery strapped to this moderately specced Android phone means you’ll easily get two days worth of use out of the Agora before you go scrambling for your charger. Should You Buy It? Sure, it’s no Galaxy Note IV or iPhone 6, but as far as I’m concerned, the Kogan Agora is the mobile embodiment of cheap and cheerful. So should you buy it if you’re in the market for a cheap Android smartphone? For $149, you’re goddamn right you should.

Sizing up a real big bargain
At $149, the Agora would make a tempting proposition to most Google-loving scrooges. It's the same price as some old-school, flip phones and, as Kogan points out, about 20 per cent as costly as a leading smartphone...Perhaps the most impressive feature, though, is the addition of two SIM card slots. Users can slip two full-sized SIMs into this phone, side-by-side, and choose which service they would rather use from the drop-down menu. It's a traveller's dream and one you're unlikely to see from carrier-issued handsets. The Kogan Agora is a worthwhile addition to Google's phone library. It delivers a dual-SIM option for the price of a basic MP3 player and, for that reason alone is a sure bet to find fans.

Kogan has been making strides over the past few years, driving the prices of its home-brand TVs down while making them thinner and better-looking and including higher-quality components. The Kogan 50-inch 3D LED TV is one of the best-looking units the company has produced. It doesn’t have any particularly unique styling cues — a dark silver brushed aluminium bezel, slightly thicker at the base to hide stereo speakers, and a dark glass stand — but it looks well-constructed and generally pretty modern.

Overall, we were pretty happy, and actually fairly impressed with how the Kogan performed. Both in standard and 3D, we found the image to be clear and quite sharp. Kogan Agora Smart TV Dongle
If you're familiar with Android, you'll feel at home with an Agora Dongle in your living room. The software on the Agora Dongle is based on Android Ice Cream Sandwich (4.0.3), with a custom overlay designed for TVs...we were impressed with how clean and easy-to-use this custom system is. There is a row of tabs across the top of the UI housing the major sections of the system, including Apps, Music, Movies, Photos and Settings. There is also a Home tab with your most recently accessed apps, and space for two Android widgets, like Facebook or Twitter. Set up is easy, with a wizard when you first use the Dongle. The Agora Smart TV Dongle is a great idea and is reasonably well executed.

Pick up the Tab
For the price of a pair of running shoes, you can now get a tablet computer. Kogan undercuts most of its rivals with its Agora tabler, a 10-inch creation that is remarkably slim and a big step up from cheap tablets of recent years. Unlike those models, this tablet has a capacitive screen with IPS technology for clearer viewing on an angle, as well as Google Android Ice Cream Sandwich software, and so many ports they had to be labelled to avoid confusion.

Some smart TV thinking
Not all TVs are created equal. The latest SmartTVs are internet enabled, giving us all bad case of wanting one. But if a new tele is not in your budget, take a look at Kogan's new middleware products - the Agora Smart TV HDMI Dongle and the DLX Android wireless keyboard with trackpad. These devices make a perfect combination for upgrading your TV at minimal cost... Once the dongle is connected to your network, your TV has web access. You can surf, use social networking sites, check and send emails and stream content directly from the Internet to your TV.

Kogan Agora Tablet Review: Doing It For The Kids
"It’s thin, light and there’s a slew of ports on the side of the device that are all clearly marked for your convenience, making it easy for first-time tablet users to jump straight into the fray and know where everything goes...Games playback is smooth and very usable, movie and YouTube playback works well and the speakers are loud and clear, making the Kogan Agora ideal to give to the little ones in the back sea."

Kogan’s Agora Ice Cream Sandwich Tablet: Photo Gallery And First Impressions
"It’s a pure Ice Cream Sandwich interface: no vendor additions or other annoyances which wins Kogan big ticks. ICS is mostly a well-designed environment for tablets, so we’re all in favour of that. The built-in SD card slot and other plugs are all easy to access and on one side. The browser supports a nice little piece of wizardry that expands a radial menu underneath your finger when you swipe from the left or right bezel and lets you control the navigation."

Kogan outs 10-inch ICS tablet from AU$179
"While the new iPad is no doubt resolutionary, it does come with a comparatively hefty price tag," said the company's owner Ruslan Kogan in a statement. "We've been working hard to bring the latest technology to everyone, not just those who can afford $800 for a gadget".

Stay Tuned - Keep an ear out for these slick new digital radios
"Kogan's digital and internet radio includes an iPod/iPhone docking station and has an appealing retro, chunky design. The $20 delivery fee puts it closer in price to its rivals and means features are more important. It has five digital audio broadcast (DAB) and five FM stations preset and offers an organic light emitting diode (OLED) display. Apart from digital radio broadcasts, which provide the best possible audio, it allows for the best possible reception - it has internet radio, and can be used for listening to podcasts using Real Audio, MP3 files or WMA formats. You can charge your iPhone, wake up to the radio with built-in alarm function and go cable-free with the wi-fi connection and use remote control."

Kogan 24" Full HD LED TV - DVD Series - TV scores 4/5 and receives Best Buys award
"The Kogan 24in looks about as generic as an LCD or plasma TV can get. That’s not a bad thing — it looks a lot better than the 2008-era LG Scarlet or the Grundig Cinemo. Image quality is surprisingly good for the Kogan 24in’s asking price."
