I am extremely happy with the performance of this camera. It gets the job done which is what matters to me. Outdoors filming is quite excellent, although indoors the quality is depenent on the quality of lighting. I'm personally not too worried with the audio quality, it sounds fine by me. My friends who have more knowledge of cameras seem pretty pleased and suprised with the performance of this camera when I let them test it. It took a bit of convincing for my wife to get used to this camera and thankfully she's been won over, just like she was eventually won over when I bought our Kogan Blu-ray 2.0 Player when that got first released 2 years ago. (And is still running well by the way) Thanks again Kogan for yet another quality purchase.

Bought the camcorder for my holidays about a month ago and am very happy with the way it performs, took some great stills and good movies of the Sydney Harbour and surrounding sites. Sound is not the best for the people that are being filmed but not that bad that they could not be heard or understood. The carry bag that is supplied is not the best as the bag has already started to fall apart but overall a great product and a great price, keep up the great work Kogan.

Received my new video camera yesterday. Set up is a breeze and easy to navigate. The HD video is excellent same with the Photo taking. I would have given it a 5 star if not for the terrible audio sound when taking video. Can't hardly hear the voice of the people you taking the video with even if they raise their voice when talking. On the other hand, if you're the one taking the video, the audio quality is ok if you talk while filming. Must be the way the microphone is located which is at the top of the camera. Also I tried a 16gb class 10 sdhc card but the camera will not recognize it. Replaced the sdhc card to 16gb class 6 and it worked fine. So if anyone buying a spare sdhc card, make sure it is a class 6 or lower. Overall a very good camera considering it's price.
